SameHook

B2B · Meta DTC ads

Same hook.New creative.

Turn a winning ad into an editable structure card — hook, beats, and CTA — then remake the offer, the person, and the product. Learn the hook. Leave the original frames behind.

No ROAS promises. Source picture, audio, likeness, and trademarks stay out of the cut.

Demo sampleA synthetic remade hook. Not a client ad, and not a performance claim.

Stop scrolling — your serum is pilling for this reason.

  2. 2Name the problem in one line

The friction

Buyers can find winning ads. They cannot safely reuse them.

The job is not another spy library. It is a path from a reference to a structure you can change.

Found, but not broken down

Ad Library and spy tools show what is still running. They do not hand you a brief a buyer or editor can edit.

One-click clones are a black box

The reference picture, pace, face, and logo fall into the render together. You cannot swap the offer, the person, or the product.

A new skin is still one ad

Buyers already say it: same hook, different overlay. Meta still reads it as one creative. You need a new angle, format, or persona.

There is no public ROAS board

No free global leaderboard of real video-ad ROAS exists. Paid spy tools disagree on definitions. We will not invent that ranking.

Workflow

Reference, structure, edit, variants.

Bring a reference, edit the structure, and preview-render at least three variants you can download.

Muted demo of the studio loop: open the studio, pick a reference, continue from the structure card, then generate variants.
Demo sampleOpen the studio, pick a reference, continue from the structure card, then generate variants. Sample interface, not a customer recording.
  1. 1

    Reference

Upload, link, or a curated feed

Start from a file, a page link, or a structure we wrote for practice. The feed is not an ad library.

  2. 2

    Structure card

    Hook, beats, CTA

A readable middle layer. The hook skeleton stays. The original frames do not.

  3. 3

    Edit

    Offer, person, product

Change what should be yours. Keep the opening that earned the stop.

  4. 4

    Variants

Three or more, as a preview

A run downloads storyboards, scripts, and placeholder frames. It is not a finished cut, and it does not reuse the reference picture.

The middle layer

A structure card is the product.

SameHook parses a reference into fields a human can read and rewrite. The brand is the hook layer media buyers already name.

Dark structure card with the hook “Stop scrolling — your serum is pilling for this reason,” three beats, a voiceover line, and the CTA Build the routine. Marked demo sample.
Demo sampleHook, beats, voiceover, and CTA on one card.
  1. 01Hook

The first one to three seconds. The line or visual action that stops the scroll.

  2. 02Beats

Rhythm and the intent of each turn. Not a shot list of the original frames.

  3. 03CTA

The ask, and where it should land. Shop, quiz, or a routine — written in your words.

  4. 04Voiceover

A script skeleton and the order of the offer. Spoken lines, not a cloned voice.

  5. 05Aspect and length

The ratio and the duration you intend to test. 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, or 16:9.

Samples

Demo hooks, not client work.

Stills from the studio, and two synthetic 9:16 hooks. Nothing here is a real advertiser, a real ROAS, or a frame from someone else's ad.

Studio reference step with Inspiration selected, a highlighted serum structure, and a second chew structure. Marked demo sample.
Demo sampleReference step. Curated structures, not an ad library.
Three preview variants, Problem, Scene, and Soft, each with a placeholder frame and storyboard, script, and frame actions, plus a pack download. Marked demo sample.
Demo sampleThree preview renders and a pack download. Not a finished cut.
Demo sampleSerum hook. Problem, order of steps, then a routine CTA.
Demo sampleOne-chew hook. An objection, one daily moment, then a habit CTA.

First scene

Meta buyers for DTC and independent stores.

TikTok Shop is a later scene. We are not opening with a clone war against short-video lookalike tools.

Before and after: reference slots labeled frames stay out, then a new three-frame storyboard for hook, beat, and CTA. Marked demo sample.
Demo sampleSame hook, new frames. The reference picture stays out.
Role
DTC media buyers, growth leads, and creatives inside small agencies.
Channel
Meta first — Facebook and Instagram — where new test creatives are a weekly habit.
Behavior
They already watch Ad Library, say “same hook,” and need more than one new variant a week.
Not first
Pure TikTok Shop sellers, and agencies that want a full spy empire, wait.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is SameHook?

A B2B studio for remaking viral ad creatives. It keeps the hook and replaces everything that should not be copied. It is separate from any consumer TikTok or X lookalike product.

Will the output look like the reference video?

No. The point of the structure card is to keep the hook skeleton and drop the source picture, music, likeness, and trademarks.

Do you guarantee performance?

No. There is no claim of real ROAS, and there is no global daily ROAS leaderboard behind this product.

What works in this version?

A bilingual studio with curated structures, uploads, and links; an editable structure card; and at least three downloadable preview variants. Sign in to access credits across devices and manage a Creator or Pro subscription. Outputs are storyboards, scripts, and placeholder frames.

Is this for TikTok Shop?

Not first. The opening scene is Meta ads for DTC and independent stores. TikTok Shop is a later stage.

Who is building it?

IdeaForce. SameHook is the ad-creative line for Meta DTC. This version preview-renders structure. A model can draft the lines when an AI Gateway key is set. The reference picture still stays out.

Run the loop before you call it a cut.

Open the studio, start from a curated structure or your own reference, edit the card, and download three preview variants.
